I've been covering my Coastal sites regularly for the past week but it's been quiet, very quiet! A statement for balance!
I STILL haven't found a Wheatear! However, I did find a couple of Stonechats (85) at the Sewage this morning...
and a lone Shelduck (86) flew South. Still a few Meadow Pipits about...
Still no PFG V's passing.
The Weather is just "too good for Birds"! Easterlies tomorrow, so things may pick up. Taking another York Birder namely Stuart Rapson around my haunts tomorrow. Hopefully he'll bring some luck with him?
