Woodchat Strike

Got a message off Phil yesterday saying he was going to Flamboro' to try for the Woodchat Shrike tomorrow. I decided to join him. I arrived around 10.30. Of course the bird had disappeared!

After a chip butty we returned to try again although the bird hadn't been seen for a few hours now (2pm). We were making our way back to the car park when Phil decided to have one last look with the scope.

"I've got it"!
