We tried Al Ansab Wetlands today. I tried to book on the internet but the first availability was the 25th! We went anyway. On arrival the gate was shut, so we waited.
Eventually a car came out and a chap walked over to talk to us. We explained we had tried to book...and he welcome us in!
They had some decent optics!!!
We were then given a private tour in his truck which included a couple of excellent viewpoints enabling us to enjoy the Birds in comfort. Lucky.
The highlight for both of us was sharing Robert's first sighting of a Kingfisher!
