Fall

Yes, I actually experienced this phenomenon this morning as I walked the Northern part of my Patch. The thrushes (Song) were streaming in, as were the Blackbirds, there were hundreds! I even saw birds on the Cliff top, including a male Blackcap.

A walk North to the runnel produced a lone Knot (H.93) sheltering from the wind at high tide. I took a different route back and ended up at the bench on Seaside lane were I sat for a while. I'll let them come to me!? A Goldcrest (H.94) eventually did! This area has definite potential...really!

Exciting times...
