Good Stock


My Mother's over at the moment. I took her to Bempton yesterday. She couldn't find the ALBATROSS but she enjoyed seeing the Gannets and Kittiwakes with their young. She even identified a Fulmar with her naked eye at fully 50 metres. Not bad for 91!!!

A run out this morning produced superb close views of a male Marsh Harrier over a wheat field on Snakey. I've always suspected breeding in the area? No camera of course!

Returned from Tesco to find this young Wren in the Kitchen...
