Made it to Mandria for 6.50. Stall set out, rather quiet at the moment...
...and stayed so till I left at 7.30. Tempted by a report of continuing
Curlew Sandpipers at
Larnaca I took the plunge and headed East. A few minor hiccups but I arrived at
Spiros Pool around
9.30 to the sight of
Jane Stylianou scanning the Birds. No sign of the target Bird and she told they tended to turn up in the afternoon! We had a good chat before she had to leave.
Things turned out OK though before I had to leave at 11...
