I'm not a butterfly man BUT there's one species that rarely makes it over here from the States that is VERY special. It can even send the Scilly twitchers scampering for a peep at one. I once took a great pic of one at South Padre Island, Texas (I'll have to dig it out sometime). An acquaintance I met in west Texas some years ago posted this pic on her blog.
