NO Sleep...but spirits lifted

Big issues in having to (try and) sleep on my back...can you? Still, seems it's been hammered in OK and very little pain...so lets get on with the road to recovery.

3 Swallows (72) seen from the bedroom window...at 5am...lifted the spirits.
